The power of chanting
Chanting is one of the oldest and most common ways to invoke Gods, their energies, and their blessings. It is common across religions, from a Christian’s rosary to a Vaishnavites Tulsi japa mala, all of it is used to keep track of the chantings. In Hinduism too, different mantras are chanted throughout the day, or through different worships and rituals to ask for blessings and boons. Be it the Vakratunda mantras or the Mahamirtyunjay, there is a certain time and phase to chant them. So, here we mention 6 mantras to chant during the different phases and problems of life.

Hanuman Chalisa for strength
The Hanuman Chalisa is one of the most famous hymns dedicated to Lord Hanuman and was written by Goswami Tulsidas in the Awadhi language centuries ago. It talks about Lord Hanuman’s life, his strength, virtues, qualities, characteristics, and much more, and exudes such powerful vibrations and energy that it makes the person feel strong and protected. And so, when you feel any sort of doubt in yourself, or have an internal fear that you cannot point out why, or just going through a tough time, try chanting the Hanuman Chalisa atleast twice daily. Do it once during the Brahma Muhurat and once during the evening aarti.

And so, if you feel like something has been weighing you down, or no matter how hard you try things are not working in your favour, try chanting the Kaal Bhairav Ashtak. Mahamrityunjay mantra during illness
If you or someone in the family have been keeping ill for quite some time, and no matter how many doctors you go to it just does not help, try chanting the Mahamrityunjay mantra everyday. It is one of the most powerful mantras of Lord Shiva, and it is believed that chanting the Mahamrityunjay mantra 108 times daily helps the devotee (or the chanting person) have a stronger mental state to fight the disease. Now, it is also important to note that this should not be done by abandoning the doctor’s treatment but rather should be an addition to it.
