Superman final trailer offers more than a peek

The final trailer for ‘Superman’ has just dropped, and it's all goosebumps. The 2-minute 9-second clip captured the essence of the superhero film, including larger-than-life action, the vulnerability and strength of Superman, castles crumbling to dust, teeth falling off in a punch, and much more.

What happens in the new trailer of 'Superman'?

The new DC trailer delved deep into the characters and gave the fans more than just a sneak peek, like the previous clips. The patent hatred and jealousy of Lex Luthor have seemed to charm the audience, as he is seen threatening the ones who raised Superman as a child and the journalist who seems to interview him, Lois Lane, wondering how it would be manifested in the film in its entirety. As shown in the previously released trailers, the most powerful being on planet Earth was shown falling from the sky in the snow, along with the robots who take him to the Fortress of Solitude for recovery.

The footage shows the Kryptonian getting warned to ‘stop messing around,’ to which Superman responds with, “I’m not messing around. I’m doing important stuff."Of course fans can't keep calm! Watch the trailer here:

Releasing on July 11, 2025, the film’s leading cast includes David Corenswet as Superman/Clark Kent, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, along with Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Terence Rosemore as Otis, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner, and María Gabriela de Faría as The Engineer, according to The Hollywood Reporter.On the stage of CinemaCon earlier this year, David Corenswet expressed his feelings about playing the iconic role of Superman. “It’s a great honour to play a role that exists so clearly in the public consciousness,” he stated.
