Saif, Kareena spotted at Karisma's house after Sunjay's demise

Karisma Kapoor's ex-husband Sanjay Kapur passed away on June 12 while playing polo in UK. Karisma and Sunjay got married in 2003 and got divorced in 2016. They have two children, Samaira (19) and Kiaan (13).

While this news must have left Karisma heartbroken, the kids might be going through a testing time to deal with their father's demise. Thus, Kareena Kapoor Khan along with Saif Ali Khan instantly reached Karisma's house on Thursday night as soon as this news came.One also saw Karisma's close friends Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora reach Karisma's house. Kareena looked heartbroken as it seemed like she was hiding her tears. After last night, Kareena and Saif reached Karisma's house again on Friday afternoon.

They instantly rushed into her house and looked visibly upset.

Sunjay's company Sina Comstar said in a statement, "It is with profound sorrow that we announce the untimely passing of Sunjay J Kapur Chairman and Non-Executive Director of Sona Comstar, following a sudden heart attack in England, UK, on 12th June 2025, at the age of 53."While they didn't divulge in more details, Suhel Seth was quoted by ANI saying, "Sunjay died of a heart attack, apparently after swallowing a bee during a polo match in England."

Meanwhile, during process, the duo hurled several allegations against one another. After a legal battle, the actress won custody of her kids while Sunjay was granted rights to visit them. They had filed for divorce in 2014 and it was finalised in 2016. Sunjay then married Priya Sachdev in 2017 and they have a son.
