Salman Khan teases new project with Sooraj Pancholi

Bollywood heavyweight Salman Khan set social media abuzz on Friday morning with a cryptic post hinting at a new collaboration with actor Sooraj Pancholi. The actor-producer took to Instagram to share a montage-style video featuring throwback images of himself with Pancholi, set to the soulful track Main Hoon Hero Tera, the theme song from Pancholi’s 2015 debut film Hero, which was also sung by Khan.Though Salman did not drop any details in the caption, the post has triggered widespread speculation about a potential new film project marking Pancholi’s comeback to the big screen after years away from the limelight.

"Abhi raat hai, subah Sooraj chamkega @soorajpancholi," Salman captioned the post. In response, Sooraj replied, "love u sir!!!!"Sooraj, who has largely remained out of the public eye despite making his Bollywood debut, recently opened up about the personal and professional struggles he faced during the many turbulent years owing to his involvement to the Jiah Khan case.

In an interview with MoneyControl, the actor shared, “I never bent to Bollywood, I didn’t look for support from the industry. I didn’t go asking anyone to speak for me. My family was there.

That was my circle.”He reflected on how he continued to work on himself, saying, that even in the absence of work, “I feel like I never left the set."The emotional toll of the case, which drew national media attention, took a toll on him, he admitted and credited Salman for his unwavering support.

“Of course, all the credit goes to Salman Khan, sir, who supported me. He’s done too much for me. I can’t ask for more,” Pancholi added gratefully.

Khan's next project with Sooraj comes amidst buzz about the actor's dedication to helping his film industry friends with film roles, instead of focusing on his own box office journey.
