TNEA Counselling 2024: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Tamil Nadu, has released the much-awaited schedule for TNEA Counselling 2024. Aspiring engineers in the state can now register for the online counselling process, which determines admission into B.E/B.Tech programs for the upcoming academic year.
The registration window opened on May 6th, 2024, and will continue for a month, closing on June 6th.

Eligible candidates who appeared for the class 12 exams and meet the cut-off marks can apply through the official TNEA website, https://www.tneaonline.org/.

The counselling process involves several key steps. After registration, candidates must upload scanned copies of their educational certificates by June 12th. Following this, online certificate verification will be conducted at designated Taluk Engineering Colleges (TECs) between June 13th and June 30th. The much-anticipated TNEA rank list is expected to be published on July 10th, 2024. This rank list, based on factors like class 12 marks and reservation categories, will determine a candidate's eligibility for admission into various engineering colleges across Tamil Nadu.
