Poco is set to unveil the F7 on June 24 in multiple markets, and the brand has already revealed the F7's design and a few specs, including its battery capacity. Poco's Indian branch said the F7 would pack a 7,550 mAh Si/C battery, making it the phone with the largest battery in India at launch. However, much to the chagrin of customers in other markets, the non-Indian F7 will ship with a smaller battery.

Poco's global team took to X to announce that the global Poco F7 will come with a 6,500 mAh battery, which is considerably smaller than the Indian F7's cell. And while the reason for selling the global F7 with a smaller battery hasn't been revealed by Poco yet, the good news is that the charging speeds remain the same on all models. The Poco F7 will support 90W wired and 22.5W reverse wired charging in all regions.
