He recalled an incident from around 15 years ago when music videos were extremely popular. An agency had seen his photo and selected him for a lead role, impressed by how he looked. However, the photo they had was old and had faded, making his complexion appear lighter. Based on that image, they assumed he fit the part and called him in. But when he arrived, the producer, unaware of his actual appearance, came out looking for him, seemingly surprised by the difference between the photo and reality.
Never Called Back After the First MeetingHe went on to say that when he told the producer he was Nawazuddin, the producer was shocked and questioned if it was really him, noting that he looked completely different in the photo. Nawazuddin explained that the picture was old and had faded, making his complexion appear lighter. The team then asked him to come back the next day, but he never heard from them again.
