A trained pilot who completed his aviation training

Apart from acting, Mukul was a trained pilot who completed his aviation training at the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (National Flying Academy) in Raebareli. He was a commercial pilot for nearly a decade and even ran an aeronautical training institute before focusing fully on his acting career.

Close friend and actress Deepshikha Nagpal took to social media to announce Mukul Dev’s passing.

She posted a nostalgic photo of them together on her Instagram Stories, expressing her shock and sorrow with the words, “Can’t believe this. Rest in peace.”Mukul Dev impressed the audience with his performances in the Bollywood movies such as 'Son of Sardaar', 'R... Rajkumar', and 'Jai Ho'. He has also appeared in several famous television serials. His career began with the film 'Dastak' in 1996 and hosted the first season of the famous stunt reality show. He worked across multiple languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, Bengali, and Kannada.

Dev was last seen in the 2022 film 'Anth The End', directed by K. S. Malhotra. The film stars Divya Dutta, Mukul Dev, Dev Sharma, and Samikssha Batnagar, and is a mystery thriller with a runtime of approximately 106 minutes.
