DU UG phase II CSAS admissions 2025: The University of Delhi is set to roll out Phase II of the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-UG) 2025 next week, tightening the admissions cycle for undergraduate aspirants.

The notification, released on the university’s official portal, clearly instructs all candidates to complete Phase I registration immediately if not already done, failing which they will be barred from progressing to Phase II.Delhi University has reiterated that no undergraduate admission will be granted without CUET (UG) 2025 scores. Candidates must have appeared in the CUET subjects that match those studied in Class XII. Moreover, the applicant must have passed Class XII from a recognised Indian or foreign board, approved as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU).

DU to commence academic year from August 1

With the new academic session scheduled to begin on August 1, 2025, the university is operating on a compressed timeline. All admission-related formalities, including preference locking, seat allotment, and confirmation, are expected to conclude within the next few weeks. Delays at the candidate’s end will not be accommodated under any circumstances.

DU UG admission 2025: Steps to register

Applicants must complete the following steps on the university's portal:

  • Log on to https://admission.uod.ac.in.
  • Click on the 'DU UG Admission 2025' link.
  • Register using personal and academic details.
  • Log in and complete the CSAS application form.
  • Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.
  • Submit the form and download the confirmation page.
  • Retain a hard copy for future reference.

Delhi University has made it clear that failure to complete Phase I or Phase II registration within the designated time frame will result in automatic disqualification from the admission process. All candidates are advised to check the portal regularly for updates, instructions, and deadlines.
