One-time edit allowed till this date

Delhi University has officially opened the correction window for undergraduate admissions 2025 through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal. The university is admitting students based on their CUET-UG 2025 scores, and the admission process is being conducted in multiple phases.

The correction facility, now live on the CSAS portal, allows applicants to make changes to their submitted applications between July 6 and July 11 (11:59 PM). However, this is a one-time opportunity: applicants will not be allowed to make further edits once the window closes. With Phase II of the admission process approaching and the academic session scheduled to begin on August 1, candidates are advised to verify and update their details carefully within the given deadline.

Correction facility available for limited time

The correction window for CSAS Phase I has been opened specifically to allow applicants to rectify errors or update information submitted during the initial registration. This facility is applicable only to candidates who had already completed Phase I registration. The university has clarified that only a one-time correction will be permitted during this window, and once changes are saved, no further modifications will be allowed under any circumstances.

Candidates must make all necessary updates before the portal closes on July 11 at 11:59 PM.

What details can be edited

Students are allowed to correct certain fields during the correction window, including:

  • Academic qualifications
  • Uploaded documents
  • CUET application number

The following details cannot be modified:

This restriction ensures data integrity and prevents misuse of reservation categories or personal identifiers. Candidates should cross-check their CUET scorecards, name spellings, subject combinations, and marks before submitting any edits.

Phase II of admissions to begin soon

Following the correction window, Delhi University will launch Phase II of the CSAS admission process. In this phase, candidates will be required to submit their programme and college preferences based on their CUET-UG 2025 scores. Preference-filling is expected to begin shortly after July 11 and will remain open for a few days. Candidates must complete preference submission carefully, as this data will be used for the allotment of seats in the first admission round, tentatively scheduled around mid-July.

CUET-UG scores remain central to admission

As per the revised admission policy, Delhi University is solely considering CUET-UG 2025 scores for undergraduate entry into its affiliated colleges. Class 12 marks are no longer used for merit calculation but may serve as tie-breakers in case multiple candidates secure the same CUET scores. Students are advised to ensure that their CUET subject combinations align with the eligibility criteria of the courses they intend to apply for.
