When Rekha broke up with beau for calling her 'timepass'

Rekha is a style icon and her on-screen portrayals continue to be loved immesenly. While she achieved stardom, her person life has been nothing short of struggles. Be it growing up without a father or her history with the men in her life. In Rekha's biopgraphy, Rekha- The Untold Story, written by Yasir Usman, it was mentioned that Rekha had deeply fallen in love with him but the relationship didn't last longer.
This actor was Jeetendra. If reports are to be believed, during the shoot of their film ' Bechara', Rekha once overheard Jeetendra telling a junior artist that the actress was just a timepass for him, which left her heartbroken. The actress was so devastated that she cried profusely in the makeup room for a long time. She then broke up with Jeetendra.
Meanwhile, Rekha had married Mukesh Agarwal who soon passed away via suicide. In an interview with 2006, Rekha had told Hindustan Times about the possibility of having a man in her life. She had said, "I’m not in denial. If I find someone who’s willing to share me with my fans, I might change my mind. If I had a man, I would just be devoting all my attention to that one person. I’ll take out his clothes, personally monitor his menu, prepare the lunch and personally deliver it to him.”
Several reports also suggested that Rekha was secretly married to her co-star Vinod Mehra for a brief period. But she had denied these reports in an interview with Simi Garewal.
