Renuka, known for her ability to swing the ball both ways, bowled a perfect inswinger that left Feroza with no answers as she got out for a duck on the last delivery of the very first over.
The ball pitched on a good length, swung in sharply, and hit the stumps with a sweet sound of timber.
Feroza, caught on the crease, could only watch as the bails got removed. Renuka’s precision and control made it a classic delivery, adding a crucial breakthrough for India in the contest.
