The Deols are one of the most loved families in tinsel town. Veteran actor Dharmendra, who is still married to Prakash Kaur, shares four children with her, including actor sons Sunny

and Bobby Deol, and daughters Vijeeta and Ajeita Deol. On the other hand, he has two daughters with Hema Malini, namely Esha and Ahana Deol. Even though it was said that both set of siblings have always been cordial with each other, they have seldom been seen together at weddings and other occasions held by either side of the family.

However, a couple of months back, Esha had organised a special screening of Gadar 2 for her close friends and family.

Sunny and Bobby not only arrived for the same, but also posed with Esha. This was reportedly the first time that Dharmendra’s four children made a public appearance together.

However, Sunny and Bobby were conspicuous by their absence at Hema Malini's 75th birthday bash yesterday, thrown by Esha and Ahana Deol. It seems like the Deol family is continuing with the tradition of not attending each other's personal occasions, as Hema, Esha and Ahana even skipped Sunny Deol's son Karan's wedding earlier this year.
Dharmendra, on the other hand, arrived for his wife's birthday party last night and fed her cake amidst cheering from friends and family. The party was attended by

, Shilpa, Shamita Shetty and many others. While the birthday girl looked the most gorgeous in a peach shimmer saree, daughter Esha Deol also made a stunning statement in a gold gown.

On the other hand, Jaya Bachchan also arrived at the party and looked quite stylish in a kurta set along with a gajra. While she earlier straight away walked to the party, she later posed for the paparazzi with Padmini Kolhapure and was all smiles. While usually Jaya hates the shutterbugs, she made an exception for this time around. However, when a pap asked her to pose in a particular way, she replied in her signature style, "aap itne directions mat dijiye na" (please don't give so many directions)
