Rahul Vaidya, the well-known Indian singer and TV personality, together with his parents Krushna and Geeta Vaidya, has sold two residential flats located in Oshiwara, Mumbai. The combined sale price of these properties amounted to Rs 5 crore, as per the property registration records accessed through the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website and reviewed by Square Yards. Both deals were officially recorded in April 2025.

The second unit in Samartha Aangan measures approximately 69.05 square meters (around 743.28 square feet). During its recent sale, the transaction included a stamp duty of Rs 12 lakh and registration fees amounting to Rs 30,000. Vaidya and his family had initially bought this apartment in May 2008 for Rs 68.3 lakh, and it was sold recently for Rs 2 crore.
