The singer and actress, who is in celebratory mode, enjoying the success of her film 'Emilia Perez' and her Golden Globe award nomination, took to Instagram today to share the happy news with her fans.
Sharing a series of intimate photos with her fiance Benny, Selena captioned the post as, “Forever begins now...”
In the pictures, Gomez can be seen showing off her huge diamond engagement ring while cuddling with Blanco. In another shot, she also flashes her best smile and flaunts her ring for the cameras. The announcement confirms months of speculation, including rumours that Blanco proposed in August at the couple’s beach house, surrounded by friends.

Earlier this year, Gomez sparked engagement chatter when she shared an Instagram Story featuring a double pink heart emoji placed over her left ring finger. Sources close to the couple revealed that the pair had been discussing marriage for some time, with Gomez reportedly considering Blanco her “endgame.”
The couple, who began dating in 2023, have been open about their deep connection. In May 2024, Blanco hinted at their future together during an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, saying, “When I look at her … I’m always just like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this.”

Blanco also shared how Gomez inspires him daily, despite jokingly admitting she makes him feel self-conscious about his own achievements.
Last month, Gomez opened up about her relationship to The Hollywood Reporter, describing it as the “safest” she’s ever felt. “I see a future with this person,” she said.
