Box Office NumbersThe film had a strong start at the box office. As per Sacnilk, ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ earned Rs 10.7 crore on its first day.

It collected Rs 10.6 crore in Hindi, and Rs0.05 crore each in Tamil and Telugu. On the second day, the film made Rs 21.50 crore, taking the total to Rs 32.20 crore in just two days.What is ‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ about?‘Sitaare Zameen Par’ is a sports comedy-drama directed by RS Prasanna and produced by Aamir Khan and Aparna Purohit. The story follows Gulshan, a once-famous basketball coach, played by Aamir Khan, who is sent to teach basketball to neurodivergent children as part of his community service after being caught for drunk driving. What starts off as a punishment turns into a journey of change, both for the coach and the children. Genelia plays Sunita, the coach’s wife, bringing warmth and charm to the story.

The film hit cinemas on June 20.
