RGV's 'Saaree' OTT release details are HERE

Ram Gopal Varma's intense thriller 'Saaree,' which was released in theaters in April with its bold and controversial story, is now heading to digital screens.Written by RGV and directed by Giri Krishna Kamal, 'Saaree' is all set to begin streaming on Aha from July 11, 2025, and will also release on another platform, Lionsgate.

Ram Gopal Varma himself confirmed the OTT release by sharing a poster of the film on social media. Soon after, the streaming platform officially announced the news, unveiling a teaser of the film. The OTT platform captioned the post, "He saw her in a saree… and lost his mind. What began as a crush turned into an obsession. How far will he go to make her his? Watch Ram Gopal Varma’s #Saree, streaming from July 11 only on #aha.

"The plot of Saaree follows a man who becomes unhealthily fixated on a woman he meets while vacationing with friends. Captivated by how she looks in a saree, you see the man's once innocent admiration turn into a frightening obsession. After being disregarded, his attraction swiftly turns to psychotic possession and toward violence; things spiral completely out of control, and ultimately, the man feels his obsession growing, and soon his delusion manifests in a chaotic life pattern that affects not just the woman's life but her family's and friends' lives as well.

The film stars Aaradhya Devi, Satya Yadu, Kalpa Latha, Sahil Sambyal, and Darbha Appaji Ambarisha. The film’s music is composed by Anand Raag.The film was initially made in Telugu and later dubbed into other languages. It will be released in multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.
