Rajinikanth vs Nagarjuna confirmed in Lokesh Kanagaraj’s 'Coolie'; Here’s what Aamir Khan brings to the table

The wait for 'Coolie', Lokesh Kanagaraj’s mega action entertainer starring Rajinikanth, just got even more exciting. Actor Nagarjuna Akkineni has officially confirmed that he will be locking horns with Thalaiva himself in what is shaping up to be one of the biggest showdowns in Tamil cinema this year.“It’s him against me,” says NagarjunaIn a recent interview, Nagarjuna spilled the beans about his role as the film’s main antagonist. The 'Kuberaa' actor said that it was a fun experience because of how different it is from what he had done so far. “Being the main antagonist, I had many scenes with Rajinikanth sir... It’s him against me.”

The revelation confirms the long-swirling speculation that 'Coolie' will feature a face-off between Rajinikanth and Nagarjuna, adding a massive adrenaline boost to the already star-studded film.No shared screen time with Aamir Khan — But he’s watchingWhen asked about Bollywood icon Aamir Khan, who also features in Coolie, Nagarjuna clarified,"Aamir Khan and I don’t share any scenes in the film — our parts belong to two different chapters. He appears in the final 15 minutes of the film in a high-voltage sequence. Reportedly Rajinikanth and Aamir Khan will share screen space in a mass-loaded face-off sequence which is filled with intense dialogues and gripping action. These sequences were reportedly shot in Rajasthan, and Aamir had allotted a dedicated 10-day shoot schedule for it.A pan-Indian storm on August 14'Coolie' features a formidable ensemble including Shruti Haasan, Upendra Rao, Sathyaraj, Soubin Shahir, Reba Monica John, and more. This marks director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s first collaboration with Rajinikanth and is not part of the Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU). The film is scheduled for release on August 14.
