Priyanka takes a break from 'Heads of State' promotions

Actress Priyanka Chopra, currently promoting her Hollywood film Heads of State, took a break from her hectic schedule to attend the Wimbledon Tennis Championships in London with her husband, actor and musician Nick Jonas. She shared a glimpse of their day on Instagram stories, posting a video from the stands and a photo of Nick engrossed with his phone. Nick also took to Instagram Stories, where he shared a photo of their official invitation to the Royal Box. The picture featured two elegant cards displaying their names. He later posted a snapshot of Priyanka smiling as she held her phone. Among the other celebrities spotted at the match were Priyanka’s Heads of State co-star John Cena, as well as Olivia Rodrigo, Louis Partridge, and Shay Shariatzadeh.

Meanwhile, Priyanka offered a candid look at the less glamorous side of stardom with a playful social media post.In a video shared on Instagram, she said: “I’m an actress. Of course, my nail falls off right before the red carpet. I’m an actress. Of course, my belt falls off on stage in front of everyone. I’m an actress. My plus-one stole my love. I’m an actress. Of course, I’m promoting my summer blockbuster in midsummer heat wearing fall-winter 2025 Burberry.” On the professional front, Heads of State premiered on Wednesday. Directed by Ilya Naishuller, the film stars Priyanka as MI6 operative Noel Bisset, who becomes entangled in an international conspiracy involving two world leaders, portrayed by Idris Elba and John Cena. Reflecting on her experience working with the duo, Priyanka shared with IANS, “Oh, it was amazing. I didn’t feel left out at all. It wasn’t like high school. They’d wanted to collaborate ever since Suicide Squad, and that’s where the idea for this film began.
