The new coach-captain duo of Gillespie and Rizwan got the team together in style, with a three-word plan that showed up in a dressing-room video shared by the Pakistan Cricket Board on its YouTube channel.
While the team's leadership lauded the players' effort, a white board displayed in the dressing room had three words written on it: 'calm, clear, execute'.
Addressing the team, Gillespie also mentioned those words in his congratulatory speech after the third ODI.

Pakistan and Australia will next play a series of three T20Is, beginning on Thursday.
It will be followed by a tour of Zimbabwe, which will see Pakistan engaging in a series of three ODIs and as many T20Is from November 24 to December 5.
