(WTC) standings after a 10-wicket defeat to

Bangladesh

and an over rate penalty in the first Test of the series in

Rawalpindi

Pakistan now hold 16 points with a winning percentage of 22.22, placing them just ahead of the West Indies.
The loss to Bangladesh is a significant blow for Pakistan, further compounded by a six-point penalty for maintaining a slow over rate.

Pakistan fell six overs short of the required rate during the match.

Bangladesh’s victory in Rawalpindi is historic as it marks their first-ever Test win against Pakistan. This win has propelled Bangladesh to seventh place in the WTC standings with 21 points. As a result, Bangladesh has now won two out of their five matches in the current
