NEET SS counselling 2024 round 1 registration begins: Check where and how to apply

The Medical Counselling Committee(MCC) has started accepting applications for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Speciality (NEET SS) counselling round 1, May 13, onwards. Meanwhile, the choice filling facility opened on May 14, 2025 at the official website of MCC, mcc.nic.in.

Candidates who qualified in the NEET SS 2024 exam can apply for counselling in online mode. Shortlisted candidates will be offered admissions into Doctorate of Medicine (DM) and Master of Chirurgiae (MCh) courses.Candidates will be offered admission on the basis of the scores obtained by them in their NEET SS exam. As per the counselling schedule released by MCC, the choice locking facility for round 1 available on May 18, 2025 from 4 PM to 11.55 PM.

The Committee will announce the seat allotment result on May 21, 2025.

Where to apply for NEET SS counselling 2024?

Candidates interested in registering for the NEET SS counselling process can fill the application form at the official website of MCC - mcc.nic.in. It is to be noted that the counselling process will not be done by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS). Students can register for counselling round 1 till May 18, 2025. The counselling authorities will shortlist the NEET SS candidates on the basis of their scores obtained in the exam.
