We have had some rain around overnight. So far it's clear. 63m square boundaries and 73m down the ground. There's a little bit more moisture, could hamper the team batting first. Fast bowlers should hit the 6-8m length. Very important for the fast bowlers to be disciplined and for the spinners to control their pace.

England XI
Philip Salt(w), Will Jacks, Jordan Cox, Jacob Bethell, Liam Livingstone(c), Sam Curran, Dan Mousley, Adil Rashid, Jofra Archer, Saqib Mahmood, John Turner
We need to adapt, it's a different surface, need to asses conditions quickly. Alzarri is out, precautionary measure. Shamar Joseph is in. They're young and exciting. Need to hone that skill, we've got an opportunity, need to grasp it. We can't really look too far ahead, need to focus on what's ahead of us. Thought we were a lot more disciplined with our lines and lengths (in the last game), something we'd been stressing for a long time, good to see us getting consistent with that.
West Indies captain Shai Hope at toss
We're going to bowl. Hopefully there's a bit of moisture in the pitch. Hopefully pretty similar to the other day, Jofra and JT (John Turner) bowled well, hopefully there will be some spin through the middle. It's an individual thing, everyone needs to figure out what works for them. Saqib Mahmood is in for Jamie Overton.
