' has reportedly earned close to Rs 135 crore worldwide on day 1, and the action drama has shattered the opening day collection of all previous Tamil films. In Tamil Nadu, 'Leo' has reportedly grossed close to Rs 38 crore, and it's now the highest-grossing film in the state on day 1. 'Leo' has surpassed Ajith's 'Valimai' day 1 collection (Rs 36 crore) to steal the throne again in the home state. The denial of special morning shows for 'Leo' in Tamil Nadu made the film earn a lesser number, and the film would have definitely earned over Rs 40 crore despite the working day release.
