The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was supposed to be out already, but some behind-the-scenes changes pushed its unveiling to May 13. That’s just the unveiling, though, there will be a short pre-order window as usual and a leakster claims to have info on when open sales will start.
Save the date: Galaxy S25 Edge coming to more regions on May 21
Some countries, it’s not clear which ones, will see the S25 Edge debut on May 21. Presumably, this is referring to a second wave of availability. Ice Universe did warn that only two countries will be included in the initial launch: South Korea and China. Those aren’t the only ones, however, Samsung Canada did have a slip-up that revealed the pricing. Here are some more unofficial details on specs and pricing.
We’ve also heard that there will be another wave on May 30, though that may be revised since the second wave was initially rumored for May 23, not the 21st.

Either way, the announcement should be followed by a short pre-order window with sales starting the week after the announcement, typically on a Friday.
We should get more clarity on the official timeline next week.
