Khushi had fondly spoken about her special relationship with her grandmother during the third season of Fabulous Lives vs Bollywood Wives, recalling how Nirmal had earnestly advised her to find a boyfriend.

In a conversation with Maheep Kapoor and Shanaya Kapoor during the episode, Khushi shared a humorous moment about her grandmother’s matchmaking efforts. She revealed, “Dadi called me very seriously the other day, and she was like, ‘I think abhi it's time to find a boyfriend!’ And I was like, ‘Dadi!’ And she was giving me lists of boys and saying, ‘Haan, ye achha dikh raha hai (He’s looking good)!’ ‘Why don’t you talk to him?’”

When Maheep inquired whether Khushi was serious, she quickly responded, “Yes!” Shanaya chimed in, saying, “I think Dadi just wants someone tall and sweet!” She noted that height is definitely valued in their family. Khushi agreed, recalling a recent party where she wore heels and was the only person whose head was visible in the room, standing at 6'2".
