John Abraham's Diplomat trailer to be out on THIS date

John Abhram recently launched the teaser of his film 'Diplomat'. The film is a true story of Indian

JP Singh who rescued an Indian girl from Pakistan. John plays the role of Singh while Sadia Khatib will be seen as 'Uzma Ahmed'. While the teaser has got a great response, the trailer of film is set to release on February 14. Interestingly, it's Sushma Swaraj's birthday that day. A source close to the film told ETimes, "The makers have decided to launch the trailer on February 14 as a tribute to Sushma Swaraj."
For those not in the know, Swaraj played a major role in bringing back Uzma Ahmed from Pakistan. It was Swaraj who contacted JP Singh, India’s former Deputy High Commissioner in Islamabad, for enabling Uzma’s return to her homeland in 2017.
While the teaser itself creates a lot of thrill, the trailer will hopefully live up to expectations. Meanwhile, the makers had dropped the teaser with the caption, "Kayi yuddh apni senaa ke saath jeetey jaate hain, aur kuchh yuddh sirf neeti se! 🇮🇳 Witness the power of persuasion & strategy in #TheDiplomat"

The film is set to release on March 7. Directed by Shivam Nair and written by Ritesh Shah. The film is produced by Bhushan Kumar & Krishan Kumar; John Abraham Vipul D. Shah, Ashwin Varde, Rajesh Bahl, Sameer Dixit,Jatish Varma, Rakesh Dang.
