‘Jaisan Shakti’ campaign concludes in Jaisalmer

The Jaisan Shakti Ladies First Campaign was started on December 18, 2022, and concluded on National Girl Child Day on Tuesday, October 15, 2023. The girls were informed about cyber crime, good touch, bad touch, and other related issues through cinema on wheels at circuit houses. The main felicitation function was organized at the Dr. D.O. Conference Hall in which District Collector Tina Dabi felicitated 50 teachers and 18 girls of different schools for their achievements and commendable works. These girls include meritorious students and winners in various competitions. The objective of this campaign was to empower the women of the district. The philanthropists Sumitra Tavri and Meera Devi Dangra, Ugamknawar Harsani Suraj Devi Dangra, Parveen Sheikh, Padma Devi, Chandrakanta Soni, Malti Bhatia, and Sarpanch Gram Panchayat Amarsagar Punam Meghraj Parihar and Treasurer Mahehwari Mahila Mandal Deepa Sharda also announced to distribute 125 kits each.
