Case against Hasina and 52 others at war crimes court
A complaint was filed with Bangladesh's International Crimes Tribunal against Hasina and 52 others, including 28 journalists, accusing them of committing crimes against humanity and "inciting genocide" during the anti-discrimination student movement.
A Supreme Court lawyer on behalf of the father of Nasib Hasan Riyan, a student killed during the protests, lodged the complaint with the tribunal's investigation agency.
