The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) has released the answer key for its October 2023 recruitment exam.
The CISF had earlier advertised for a total of 1149 vacancies of Tradesman, Head Constable, Stenographer and Driver. The recruitment exam was held on October 30 and 31, 2023.
The answer key and response sheet has been released for the candidates who had appeared for the exam.

Candidates can check and raise objections on the examination portal where registrations had been initiated.
To download the CISF HCM Answer Key 2023, follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to the official CISF examination website here
Step 2: On the homepage, locate and click on the provided answer key link.
Step 3: Input your login ID and password when prompted.
Step 4: Download the CISF HC Answer Key and verify the accuracy of the answers.
Step 5: Print out a copy of the answer key for your reference and future use.
Candidates will also be allowed to raise objection on the answer key portal itself. Candidates will be allowed to raise objection only after the link is enabled by the examination authority. The option will be available from November 3 to November 6, 2023.

The results are expected to be declared in the month of December, in the form of a merit list.
Candidates who are shortlisted after qualifying the written exam, will be eligible for the subsequent rounds. Certain posts such as that of the Driver, will be asked to undertake a skill test, whereas, some of the other posts will undergo medical examination, followed by document verification for all.
What are the expected job roles of the advertised posts?

Head Constables in the CISF are responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of subordinate personnel, conducting security checks and patrols, investigating security breaches, responding to emergencies, maintaining records and reports, and providing training to subordinate personnel.

Drivers in the CISF are responsible for driving CISF vehicles safely and efficiently, performing preventive maintenance on vehicles, keeping vehicles clean and well-maintained, assisting with loading and unloading cargo, and providing transportation to CISF personnel and VIPs.

Tradesmen in the CISF are responsible for performing a variety of skilled trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical work. They maintain and repair CISF buildings and equipment, install and maintain security systems, and perform other tasks as assigned.
