CGBSE Class 10 and 12 toppers 2025: The Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) has officially declared the results for the 2025 Class 10 and 12 board exams. A total of 5.71 lakh students appeared for the exams, which were conducted in March 2025. The overall pass percentage for Class 10 stands at 76.53%, while the Class 12 results recorded a higher pass percentage of 81.87%.
These figures indicate steady academic progress across the state, despite the challenges faced by students and schools.The exams were held in multiple centres, with rigorous evaluation processes ensuring accurate results. This year, 3.28 lakh students sat for the Class 10 exams, while 2.40 lakh students appeared for Class 12. The results were announced during a press conference by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, who congratulated the top performers and the student community at large. The implementation of the biannual exam system by CGBSE has also provided students with an opportunity for a second chance to improve their marks.The top achievers have shown outstanding performances, with students across the state securing high marks. Ishika Bala and Naman Kumar Khuntia have shared the top position in the Class 10 exams, each securing a remarkable 99.17%. The Class 10 results saw a remarkable tie for the top position, with both Ishika Bala and Naman Kumar Khuntia securing a stunning 99.17%. Ishika, from Govt HS School, Condamere, Kanker, scored 545 marks. Naman, from Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School, Jashpur, also scored the same, earning him a spot as the joint topper of the 10th-grade exam.Following them, Livyansh Dewangan from Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School, Simga, Baloda Bazar, secured the second rank with 594 marks, achieving a percentage of 99.00%. The third position was shared between Riya Kewat from Swami Atmanand Govt Utkrisht English Medium School, Dondi, Balod, Hemlata Patel from St. Michael’s EMHS School, Lailunga, Raigarh, and Tipesh Prasad Yadav from Swami Atmanand Utkrisht English Medium School, Jashpur, all of whom scored 593 marks (98.83%).CGBSE Class 10 Top Performers 2025
