The teaser of 'Crew’, which was released in February, created a lot of buzz and received a good response from the audience. The film stars Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon in pivotal roles. The leads' chemistry, screenplay and humour in the promo were all highly praised. But those who later viewed the preview of the film on the big screen were astonished to learn that several terms had been changed by the

Central Board of Film Certification

(CBFC).

In the trailer, Tabu, who’s playing an air hostess, shouts ‘Baith, c*****e’ to a passenger who is not following the protocols. The word can be heard in the trailer that has been released on digital. However, in the theatrical version, ‘c*****e’ has been replaced with ‘Bhootiye’. The fans are wondering if the changes will also be seen when the film is released in cinemas.
Apart from Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, ‘Crew’ also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma. The film is directed by Rajesh Krishnan and is produced by Ektaa R Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor. It is all set to hit the big screens on March 29. As per the trailer, it’s the story of three air hostesses working in an airline company that has gone bankrupt. However, fortune smiles upon them. Though the path is full of obstacles and crime, the trio take the plunge, resulting in madness and chaos.
Meanwhile, according to reports on Bollywood Hungama, ‘Crew’ is inspired by the

Kingfisher Airlines bankruptcy

episode. The speculation arose after the teaser was released as the name of the company shown in the film is

Kohinoor Airlines

. In the teaser, Saswata Chatterjee can be seen playing the character of Kohinoor Airlines’ chairman, Vijay Walia, which seems inspired by the founder of Kingfisher Airlines, Vijay Mallya.
