The Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited (BSPHCL) has released the admit cards for the Technician Grade 3 recruitment examination. Registered candidates can now download their hall tickets from the official website — bsphcl.co.in.

To download the admit card, candidates must log in using their application number or registered login ID, along with their date of birth.The BSPHCL Technician Grade 3 recruitment examination will be conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode. The examination is scheduled to take place across seven districts of Bihar between July 11 and July 22, 2025.

BSPHCL Technician grade 3 examination guidelines for candidates

Candidates appearing for the examination are advised to carefully adhere to the instructions outlined below:• The CBT will consist of 100 questions, and there will be no negative marking.• The duration of the test is 90 minutes.• Candidates must arrive at the venue as per the reporting time mentioned on the admit card, late entry will not be permitted.• Early exit from the examination hall is not allowed; candidates may leave only after the exam concludes.• It is mandatory to carry the admit card along with a valid photo ID proof (both original and photocopy) on the day of the exam.Additional instructions for candidates:• Only transparent blue or black pens will be allowed in the examination hall.• The venue will be under CCTV surveillance, and all candidates will undergo frisking at entry.• Attendance will be recorded using IRIS-based biometric verification.• Rough sheets will be provided at the venue and must be returned at the end of the test.• Candidates are advised to follow all instructions mentioned on the admit card and to regularly check the official website for any further updates.Note: Candidates unable to access or download their admit card should reach out to BSPHCL’s recruitment support team at the earliest.
