The Telugu film Bhagavanth Kesari starring

was released yesterday, October 19. The film has received a good opening and it has made a gross of Rs 20 crore at the box office on day 1. The theatres ran with an occupancy of 67% and the film apart from India has also premiered in the US and has reportedly grossed half million with its international collections.
Bhagavanth Kesari got mixed yet positive reviews from fans after its release and the Nandamuri Balakrishna starrer is said to run in theatres for a while even after clashing with the release of Ravi Teja's 'Tiger Nageswara Rao'.

The film revolves around Nandamuri Balakrishna, a middle aged man who becomes a guardian of a small girl after she loses her father in an accident. While Nandamuri Balkrishna tries to join the young girl in the army who is repulsed by the thought of it and falls in trouble as she gets locked in a conspiracy made by a businessman. She soon gets out of the trouble and eventually joins the army.
