peers. Shortly after the video went viral on the internet, he deactivated his Instagram account.

His handle now shows a “User not found” error, and all of his posts are currently unavailable. Many of his fans took to their X (formerly Twitter) accounts to share screenshots, as they could no longer find his profile.

He deleted his account shortly after posting an emotionally charged video on his Instagram Stories. In the video, Babil was seen weeping and criticising the Hindi film industry, openly calling out celebrities including Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, Adarsh Gourav, and singer Arijit Singh. He was heard saying, “Bollywood is so f**ked. Bollywood is so, so rude.”

Fans widely circulated the video on Reddit and expressed concern about Babil’s mental health. According to Reddit users, the video was removed from Instagram shortly after it was uploaded. One fan reacted, “Did anyone read the poem he posted five days ago on Irrfan’s death anniversary? One line read, ‘soon I’ll be there, with you, not without you’...” Another wrote, “Man, this video broke my heart. I hope he’s okay. This is so concerning…”
As of now, he has not made any public comment regarding his decision to leave Instagram or the sentiments expressed in the video.
