NEW DELHI: Russia's Federal Security Service on Saturday arrested a 61-year-old Russian man for planning a "terrorist attack" on a railway junction in the Ural mountains Sverdlovsk region, on behalf of Ukraine, TASS reported.

According to TASS, the FSB stated that a man was recruited by Kyiv's intelligence in Lviv, Ukraine, and sent to Russia. He confessed to the charges and is helping in the investigation.

Recently, Ukraine has increased attacks on economic sites in Russia, using drones to strike oil refineries in the west.
