Ajay leases out office space in Mumbai at ₹5.47 lakh per month

Ajay Devgn who is currently riding high on the success of 'Raid 2' owns some premium office units in Mumbai's Andheri west area. And now, according to a recent report, the actor has leased out one of his offices at a rent of ₹5.47 lakh. Ajay had purchased three adjacent office units in the same building in April 2023 for a total of ₹30.35 crore, implying a per-unit cost of roughly ₹10.12 crore.According to the documents accessed on Maharashtra Government's property registration portal, reviewed by Square Yards, the lease began in May 2025 and the term is of five years, thus till April 2030.

This lease was registered with a stamp duty of ₹85,500 and a registration fee of ₹1,000.This office space as a carpet area of 2,545 sq. ft. The rent of this property leased out by the actor is remains ₹5.47 lakh per month for the first three years, and it will increase to ₹6.29 lakh per month in the final two years. The actor will earn Rs 3.3 crore over a period of 5 years.Based on the rental agreement and cost of acquisition, the agreement also includes a security deposit of ₹16.42 lakh.

Apart from Mumbai, Ajay also owns a property in Goa. A video of Ajay and Kajol's 5-BHK villa in Goa was shown on Curly Tales. This property has a beach view and has five high-end bedrooms, a private swimming pool, a lawn. This property is available on rent for ₹50,000 per night.On work front, Ajay's film 'Raid 2' is currently running in theatres and has already crossed Rs 100 crore at the worldwide box office.
