Sharing their joy with the world, Aaliyah and Shane posted their first official wedding pictures on Instagram, captioned simply, “Now and forever.”

Aaliyah and Shane also delighted fans with glimpses of their pre-wedding festivities. For her mehendi, Aaliyah incorporated designs of her beloved pets, Cosmo and Kai, while Shane opted for a heartwarming tribute to his bride. His mehendi featured Aaliyah’s name encased in a heart on one palm, alongside playful depictions of a cat and a dog on the other.

The couple’s journey began on a dating app and blossomed into a deep, loving relationship. Shane proposed to Aaliyah during a romantic getaway in Bali, and they got engaged last year in Mumbai. On her podcast, Opposites Attract, Aaliyah shared the challenges they faced during the early days of their relationship.

She candidly admitted, "When we first started dating, we had a lot of issues. The first year was definitely hard. We almost broke up once because of unhealthy behaviours we both had to unlearn."
