5 Yoga asanas for reducing face fat
Face fat, that is often seen as puffed up cheeks and double chin, is something many people struggle with, as it can make the face look rounder and less defined. On the other hand, even though overall weight loss is important, there are some things you can do to tone your face, giving yourself a more defined look. Yoga can help you in this regard, but do remember that this has to be combined with exercise, and the right diet, leading to overall weight loss as well. Here are 5 Yoga asanas that can reduce face fat...

2/6
Neck Stretch
The neck stretch is a basic, but powerful exercise that tones the muscles around your jawline and neck, and helps in reducing sagging skin and double chin.
How to do it
Sit (you can also stand) with your back straight. Slowly tilt your head to the right, bringing your chin toward your right shoulder. Gently bend your head backward and move it toward your left shoulder. Exhale and return to the starting position. Repeat this movement three times clockwise and three times anticlockwise.
This exercise improves blood flow to the neck and face, tightens muscles, and helps prevent double chin and sagging skin around the area.

3/6
The Pout Pose
Pouting your lips works the muscles around your mouth and cheeks, helping to tone the face and reduce fat deposits.
How to do it:
Bring your lips together and slightly squeeze them. Pull your cheeks inward to create a pout. (same like while taking a pic) Open your eyes wide to feel the stretch on your face. Hold this position for 10 to 30 seconds. Repeat three times.
This pose stretches the cheek muscles, improves blood circulation, and helps lift the face for a more defined jawline.

4/6
Tongue Lock
This asana, also called Jivha Bandha focuses on stretching the tongue and neck muscles, which can reduce fat accumulation in the chin and neck area.
How to do it:
Sit upright or in Vajrasana (kneeling pose). Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth, creating a vacuum. Slowly open your mouth while keeping your tongue in place. Tilt your head upward and hold the stretch for 20 seconds. Release and close your mouth. Repeat three times.
This exercise stretches the neck and mouth muscles simultaneously, helping to reduce fat under the chin and tone the jawline.

5/6
Lion Pose
The Lion Pose, also known as Simha Mudra, is a fun and effective way to tone facial muscles and improve blood circulation.
How to do it:
Sit comfortably with your spine straight. Open your mouth wide, stick your tongue out as far as possible, and bring your chin toward your chest. Open your eyes wide and roar like a lion (make a "ha" sound). Hold this position for 15 to 20 seconds. Relax and repeat three times.
This pose reduces wrinkles, tightens facial muscles, and improves blood flow to the face, neck, and brain, giving your face a glow.

6/6
Cobra Pose
Though essentially a back and spine exercise, the Cobra Pose, also called Bhujangasana, also helps stretch and tone the neck muscles, which can reduce double chin and face fat.
How to do it:
Lie flat on your stomach with your legs extended. Place your palms flat on the floor near your chest. Inhale and slowly lift your upper body off the floor, arching your back like a cobra. Keep your shoulders relaxed and look slightly upward. Hold the pose for 20 to 30 seconds. Lower yourself back down and repeat twice.
This pose improves blood circulation, stretches the neck muscles, and helps tone the jawline and chin area.
